Toms Spring Falls, also called Daniel Ridge Falls, is an easy hike from the parking area, summer or winter. Located in the general area of the fish hatchery, near Brevard, it is only around three miles or so from the Parkway, as the crow flies. To get there, take NC 276, toward Brevard, to National Forest road 475, toward the fish hatchery. The parking area will be 2.4 miles beyond the hatchery.
